We offer both individualized and group* workouts.

Our instruction is geared toward helping your baseball/softball player learn and understand the fundamentals of the particular workout we are engaged in. Example: If your ball player is "stepping in the bucket" on every swing, we work to correct that bad habit and also show them WHY a batter is at a huge disadvantage doing this or how a fielder, if in the right position BEFORE fielding the ground ball has a better chance of making the play and throwing out the runner.
