Concussion Awareness & Head Injury Policy Acknowledgment

At Boise Beasts Baseball Academy, athlete safety is a top priority. Head injuries and concussions are serious and require proper awareness, reporting, and care.

Parents and athletes are expected to review and complete the Head Injury Awareness & Concussion Acknowledgment Form before participation. Any athlete suspected of sustaining a head injury will be removed from activity immediately and may only return with written medical clearance from a licensed healthcare provider.
