Program Overview & What to Expect

At Boise Baseball Academy, our programs are designed to meet athletes where they are and help them progress at their own pace. Because every team and player is different, schedules and pricing vary by season — but our training philosophy and standards remain consistent.

We focus on fundamentals, confidence, baseball IQ, and long-term development.

To make participation manageable for families, we offer monthly payment options rather than requiring one full upfront payment. This helps us keep programs running smoothly while making training accessible.

Who We Train

• Ages 8–18

• Beginner to advanced athletes

• Baseball and softball players

• Individuals, small groups, and full teams

We offer both individualized instruction and group workouts.

Our instruction emphasizes understanding the why behind the skill. For example:

• If a hitter is “stepping in the bucket,” we correct the mechanics and explain why it puts them at a disadvantage.

• If a fielder struggles defensively, we teach proper positioning before the ball is hit to increase success rate and baseball awareness.

We don’t just train movements — we teach understanding.

Skill Training & Pricing

Private Instruction

Hitting – $60 per hour
Pitching – $60 per hour
Catching – $60 per hour (player must provide own gear)
Infield / Outfield / Throwing – $50 per hour

(4 player max)

$35 per player, per hour

Season & Schedule Expectations

• Programs typically run in seasonal sessions

• Most teams train 1–2 times per week

• Seasons generally last 8–12 weeks

• Schedules are built around team needs and availability

• Specific dates are shared once teams and groups are finalized

Player Evaluations
